As they began restoring the building that is now Greeter Falls Lodge, owners Dawn and Joe Gray realized that running short-term-rentals successfully is not a simple task. As they setup the systems for their own properties, they did so in a manner that they could expand into helping other owners with their properties. In 2022, they did so and have now taken on a limited number of clients.
They now offer a wide range of accommodations, from the lodge with its 1- and 2-bedroom suites and cottages to bluff-view vacation homes, glamping domes and even a hostel.
