Badlands Horse Camp has access to over 22,000 acres of trails with scenic overlooks, waterfalls, and creeks, offering day rides for this beautiful area. You must bring your own horse. For camping, there are 15 electric hookups.

Pig Mountain specializes in pasture-raised pork, Featuring a farrow-to-finish operation. All feeder pigs are born and raised on the farm. All supplemental feed is free of hormones and antibiotics.

Features both garden plants and locally-grown produce. The Market is open every Saturday, 8–10 a.m., in the summer, typically runs from late May until mid September.

The Suter Farm has been in the Suter family since 1885, part of the original settlement of the Swiss Colony of Gruetli. It retains many of the original out-buildings and the farm house which was rebuilt in 1885.

The University Farm is designed to enhance Sewanee students’ understanding of the sustainability challenges that will affect their adult lives. Featuring a large organic garden, a flock of fifty laying hens, three beehives and a herd of seven meat goat does.

Carroll's has a variety of chickens laying beautifully colored eggs from blue and green to pink and brown, and the occasional grey, from a home flock of 12 free-range chickens that roam free alongside their mobile coop, which is moved weekly onto fresh grass.

Intentionally-grazed grass fed cattle, pasture-raised pigs and chickens and a variety of other small animals, raised on non-GMO feed, complemented by an organic garden.

Don’t expect quantity, but do expect organic, wholesome, local, yummy, and good enough to feed to the little ones! The farm is not certified organic, because it does not grow enough volume, but it does follow the letter and spirit of organic guidelines.

The Historic Stoker-Stampfli Farm tells the story of Swiss immigrants who came to the this area in the mid-1800s. The farmhouse, farm buildings and museum are all available to tour by appointment.
