Badlands Horse Camp has access to over 22,000 acres of trails with scenic overlooks, waterfalls, and creeks, offering day rides for this beautiful area. You must bring your own horse. For camping, there are 15 electric hookups.

Midway Mushrooms
Midway Mushrooms is a small indoor farm, producing several varieties of oyster, shiitake, and lion’s mane mushrooms, as well as a number of rotating specialty cultivars, grown from recycled agricultural byproducts. Midway is a Certified Produce Safety Alliance farm.

University Farm
The University Farm is designed to enhance Sewanee students’ understanding of the sustainability challenges that will affect their adult lives. Featuring a large organic garden, a flock of fifty laying hens, three beehives and a herd of seven meat goat does.

Cove Creek Farm
COVE CREEK FARM is family owned and operated by brothers Micah and Matthew Sparacio. It began as a conversation about our food—knowing where it came from and how to ensure it was raised humanely and naturally. Adults and kids can join us on the first and third Saturdays of the month for a one hour guided tour of our farm. Field trips to Cove Creek Farm are great for kids in K-5. Our Play Barn and Outdoor Adventure Zone can accommodate 4 busloads at a time. Have a unique birthday party for your kids or grand-kids at The Cove Creek Play Barn and Outdoor Adventure Zone. Double A Farm
Offering family package plans and also individual cuts of beef in vacuum-sealed freezer bags. All beef is dry aged for superior taste and 1" thick cut steaks. Double A Farm has a Tennessee retail food permit and are inspected by the TN Dept of Agriculture.

Historic Stoker-Stampfli Farm & Museum
The Historic Stoker-Stampfli Farm tells the story of Swiss immigrants who came to the this area in the mid-1800s. The farmhouse, farm buildings and museum are all available to tour by appointment. All tours are free, but donations to maintain and restore the farm’s buildings are gratefully accepted.
